Seasonal rental, maximum 11 months (extending it later to a standard housing contract is negotiable if there is a good understanding). €600, electricity expenses included up to €30/month and water up to €48/quarter. Internet included. It is a very small, highly contemporary space in the historic center of Alicante (solid wood floors, double insulating glazing, large windows). It is a unique space without doors (not even in the bathroom), on two levels: downstairs living area, full bathroom, and kitchenette; upstairs in a loft, the bed (1.35m x 180cm). It has a very large window that faces an interior courtyard, not the street. It is fully equipped: washer/dryer, sheets, towels, kitchenware, hair dryer. Storage space is limited; IF YOU HAVE A LOT OF STUFF or are not tidy, this is NOT the place for you. If you are a "foodie" who loves to cook, it is not for you either, as the kitchenette is not very big. The studio is accessed through a shared office area. I only respond to chat messages.
